John England has been assembling and promoting strategic land for 35 years, having worked with national housebuilders including David Wilson and George Wimpey, and spent 12 years as Strategic Land Director at Strata Homes.

In September 2016, John left Strata to pursue strategic land opportunities independently, introducing sites to institutions and developers depending on scale and timescale. Over 35 years in strategic land, John has assembled and delivered sites of every type — brownfield, greenfield, and Greenbelt.
